Hello,
I am Subhash Ektare, a Civil Engineer by profession. I had been working in the prestigious organization Bhaha Atomic Research Center (B A R C). My father was a well known Vedic astrologer. I was a non-believer in astrology back then. Nonetheless, I went through some of the books from my father’s collection. I guess, this influence was a catalyst in developing my curiosity about this divine science. However, my busy work routine kept me away from the detailed study of astrology, allowing me to pursue it seriously only after my retirement.
Initially I started with Vedic Astrology. It was only around the year 2000 that I came across some books on Krishnamurthy Paddhati written by Mr. Jyotindra Hasbe. And this marked the turning point in my study of astrology. I found that Krishnamurthy Paddhati –KP in short–was a very simple, accurate and scientific method of predictive astrology. This technique was invented and developed by the late Prof. K. S. Krishnamurthy. It was further improved upon and made perfect by his untiring research for about 4 decades. Therefore, in 2001, I switched over to KP. I received the title of “Jyotish Visharad” from KP Stellar Astrological Research Institute, Chennai, which was founded by Prof. K. S. Krishnamurthy himself. Further, I continued advance study under guidance from Shri. Sunil Gondhalekar who introduced and developed the famous “Four Step Theory”. He conferred upon me the title of “Nakshatra Shiromani”, as an appreciation of my knowledge and hard work. Since then I am a practicing KP astrologer, with a number of accurate predictions to my credit.
My published articles include my contributions to the KP astrological periodical “Nakshatrache Dene”, edited and published by Shri. Sunil Gondhalekar, apart from my articles written for the astrological E-magazine “Astro Vision”. Also, being an active member of various astrological discussion groups on yahoo and msn has allowed me to analyze and study multitude situations and, in turn, perfect my knowledge.
